    How to Play

Each player starts with the same number of chips. On your turn, roll one die per chip you hold (max 3 dice). Each die face is Dot (keep), L (pass one chip left), C (put one chip in the center), or R (pass one chip right). Apply every die you rolled, then play passes to the next player. Once a player is down to 0 chips they're skipped — but stay in the game, since a passed chip can bring them back. The last player holding any chips wins the whole center pot.

LCR is a fast, simple chip-passing dice game where the only decisions are how many chips you start with and how the dice fall, this digital version handles all the chip tracking and pot management automatically for however many players you add.

    How to play LCR here

    1. Add at least 2 player names and choose your Starting Chips (3 to 10).
    2. Start Game, then roll for the active player on each turn.
    3. Each die face moves chips: Dot (keep it), L (pass one chip left), C (put one chip in the center pot), or R (pass one chip right).
    4. Play continues until only one player still holds chips, that player wins the entire center pot.

    How a turn works

Each player starts with the same number of chips. On your turn, you roll one die for every chip you currently hold, up to a maximum of 3 dice even if you have more than 3 chips. Every die you roll is applied in order: a Dot result means you keep that chip, an L passes one chip to the player on your left, a C moves one chip into the shared center pot, and an R passes one chip to the player on your right.

What happens when a player hits zero chips

Once a player is down to 0 chips, their turn is skipped, but they stay in the game rather than being eliminated, since a chip passed to them later by another player’s roll can bring them right back into active play.

    How the game ends

Play continues, cycling through active players, until only one player is still holding any chips. That player wins, and collects the entire center pot that’s accumulated from every C roll throughout the game.
