Construction Cost Estimator
Draw your building plan wall by wall, then estimate the full construction cost
Enter each room's own Length ร Breadth below instead of one combined Floor Area.

2. Wall Thickness
3. Foundation
Based on the ground floor (Floor 1) footprint only.
4. Roof Sections
Add one row per roof treatment, picking which floor it sits over โ e.g. a flat porch roof on Floor 1 plus a sloped main roof on Floor 2, all from this one table without switching floor tabs. Coverage is a fraction of that floor's area (1 = the whole floor).
5. Brick / Block Work
Add one row per material โ e.g. red brick for most walls plus AAC block for one zone. Coverage is a fraction of the total net wall area (1 = all of it); split it across rows if mixing materials.
6. Plastering
Add one row per plastering zone โ e.g. both sides everywhere, but only external on one wing. Coverage is a fraction of the total net wall area (1 = all of it).
7. Electrical Work
Add one row per zone/room if points and rates vary โ e.g. a "Main House" row plus a separate "Kitchen" row with extra sockets.
8. Bathroom Fittings
WC, wash basin, shower, geyser, faucets, mirror, accessories โ add one row per fitting.
9. Raw Materials & Finishes
Cement & Sand (estimated from brick mortar + plastering volume)
TMT / Reinforcement Steel
Steel quantity for RCC work depends on structural design (slab/beam/column sizing) โ the kg-per-area rate above is a rough planning figure, not an engineering calculation. Adjust it to match your engineer's estimate.
