Match all 10 dice to one number in the fewest rerolls Each player rolls dice on their first turn, then taps one die to pick that number as their target for the rest of the game — every die already showing it locks immediately, and the number can never be changed afterward. Locked dice disappear from the stage on later turns, so you only ever roll however many are still unlocked. In Manual mode, every turn after that you tap each die that comes up showing your target number to lock it in (dice showing anything else can't be picked), then click "Done — Pass Turn" when ready. In Auto-lock mode, matching dice lock automatically and the turn passes on its own. Each player rolls a different color of dice so it's easy to tell whose are whose. When a player locks all 10 dice they're awarded the next place (1st, 2nd, 3rd...) and the game keeps going for whoever's left — it ends automatically once only one player remains, or any time everyone's ready to stop by clicking "End Game". Final standings can be exported as a PNG image. 🎲 Ten Dice Race

How to Play
Ten Dice Race
Ten Dice Race is a simple but tense elimination-style dice game: pick a number, then race to lock all 10 dice onto it in as few rerolls as possible, this digital version tracks every player’s progress and rerolls automatically.
How to play Ten Dice Race here
- Add at least 1 player name, and choose Lock Mode: Manual (tap dice each turn) or Auto-lock.
- Start Game, then roll for the active player on their first turn.
- Tap one die to pick that number as your target for the rest of the game, every die already showing it locks immediately.
- On later turns, lock every die that comes up showing your target number (tap in Manual mode, automatic in Auto-lock), then pass your turn.
- The first player to lock all 10 dice takes 1st place; the game continues ranking remaining players until only one is left.
How target selection and locking work
On your very first roll, tapping any one die picks that number as your permanent target, it can never be changed afterward. Every die already showing that number locks in immediately at that moment. On every turn after that, any die showing your target number can be locked in (tapped in Manual mode; automatic in Auto-lock mode), while dice showing any other number simply get rerolled again next turn.
Why locked dice disappear from the roll
Once a die is locked to your target, it’s set aside and no longer rolled on future turns, so as the game progresses you’re rolling fewer and fewer dice, only the ones still unlocked. This is what makes the endgame faster even as the odds of matching your specific target get harder to control with fewer dice in play.
How placement and game end work
When a player locks all 10 dice, they’re awarded the next available place (1st, 2nd, 3rd, and so on), and the game continues for whoever’s left. The game ends automatically once only one player remains, or at any point everyone agrees to stop by clicking “End Game.” Final standings can be exported as a PNG image.
Frequently asked questions
Can I change my target number after picking it?
No, once you tap a die on your first turn to set your target, it’s locked in for the rest of the game and can never be changed.
What’s the difference between Manual and Auto-lock mode?
In Manual mode, you tap each die showing your target number yourself to lock it in before passing your turn. In Auto-lock mode, matching dice lock automatically and the turn passes on its own without needing manual taps.
Why do I roll fewer dice as the game goes on?
Every die that’s already locked to your target number is set aside and no longer included in future rolls, so you only ever roll the dice that are still unlocked, fewer each successful roll.
